In the south west part of the city of Bat-Yam, as part of the new housing development, there is a Eucalyptus woods. The area is of about 10 dunams in which the municipality is developing an extensive active area. The main moto is "Playground in Nature" including activities for a variety of age groups, sitting and relaxing areas for the neighborhood residents and all the city people as well.
This woods connects to the main "Sea View Observation Park" and the Dunes preservation Park, on top of the highest natural place in the city.
