A former quarry was rehabilitated and transformed to a national park, thus enabling access to the public. The excavated walls of the quarries consist of formidable layers of colors and textures, and tell the geological history of the place. The landscape work included a scenic road connecting all the different sites, combined with shaded areas and accessible pathways to selected view points overlooking the lake, the industrial former area and more.
